What Information Do We Need to Provide an Accurate Quote?

To ensure an efficient and accurate quote, please prepare the following information:

1️Engineering Drawings

  • 2D CAD drawings (PDF, DWG, DXF, etc.)

  • 3D models (STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, etc.)

  • Include all critical dimensions, tolerances, hole locations,      and notes.

2️Material Specifications

  • Material type (e.g. Aluminum 5052-H32, Stainless Steel 304,      CRS, etc.)

  • Thickness and grade

  • Any special certifications (RoHS, REACH, DFARS, etc.)

3️Quantity

  • Prototype quantity

  • Production batch quantity

  • Forecast volumes for blanket orders or KanBan programs

4️Finishing Requirements

  • Surface finish (Powder Coating, Anodizing, Plating, Polishing,      Bead Blasting, etc.)

  • Color codes (if applicable)

  • Cosmetic or functional finish requirements

5️Assembly or Sub-Assembly Details (if applicable)

  • Bill of Materials (BOM)

  • Hardware requirements (fasteners, PEM inserts, etc.)

  • Welding or bonding details
